Hogget Box - Half

This box includes half a free-range Organic sheep (approx 8-10 kg inc bones and fat), reared on the rich pasture over at Shimpling Park organic Farm, Nr Bury St Edmunds
Hoggett is used to describe lamb that’s had two springs and summers on grass. An extra six months grazing on luscious spring and autumn pasture really makes a difference to the taste - it outshines lamb for flavour.
Half A Hogget Box contains:
Weights approx -
1 shoulder boned and rolled with rosemary and garlic (2.5 ish kg before bones removed) ~ 1 neck fillet (500g)
1 rack of hogget (French trimmed) (600g) ~ 6 loin chops (800g)
Lean mince (500g) ~ 1 boneless rump roast (450g)
1/2 Leg to roast on the bone (1.5KG) ~ Diced hoggett (800g) to slow cook.
