'Old Cow' - Beef Topside roll

Our 'Lincoln Red' Old cow beef is a traditional breed and all grass fed on lush Suffolk pasture, we the dry age the body for a minimum of 5-8 weeks. The topside has a tremendous flavour due to the age at slaughter. This joint will have a little more 'bite' for this same reason. Perfect cold too.
