Our award winning burgers in a box...
Our burgers are all lovingly handmade on site at our Aldeburgh shop. We use shoulder meat for all our burgers to ensure a good fat content, this makes the sizzle on the BBQ, but will make for wonderful flavour.
(There is a little fatty pork in the venison burgers, just so you know)
Each box contains an equal quantity of the following: (packed ready for the freezer, should it rain!)
Pork, apple, sage & Suffolk cyder burger ~ Lamb, rosemary, oregano & apricot ~ Venison, red wine & thyme ~ Alde beef steak burger
