Our pork is from traditional breed free range Large Black pigs, that are slowly reared for flavour and texture

Rich and full of flavour, diced shoulder is perfect to make a big curry or casserole, shoulder has a little fat in it which when cooked slowly, renders down to make your gravy or curry sauce rich and full of flavour.
