Our beef ribeye on the bone - cowboy ribeye steak or cowboy steak is always traditional breed beef, that is grass fed on lush Suffolk pasture.  We the dry age the ribs for a minimum of 4-5 weeks. We then take the eye muscle out with the rib attached to provide a spectacular steak to be shared 2-3 people.
