Our Free Range Bronze turkeys are reared at Yew Tree Farm, Fressingfield, a family run farm in the depths of rural Suffolk.
Philip's Turkeys are up there with the finest turkeys available, left to grow slowly, outside until they reach their full maturity, they are then dry-aged for up to two weeks. This ensures a wonderful full, rich flavour, and a great texture.
A fantastic choice for your Christmas lunch!
